Hey Lois. I'm confident we can help replace this awning operator, but I need a little more information to narrow this down for you. First, I need you to remove the operator and show us the hole patterns and the top and bottom tabs. I also need to see the link arm that juts out of the back of the operator in tis entirety, including the hole at its end. From there I will do my best to find what you need. Thanks.
