Awning window operator ID

A home owner from Chattanooga, TN says:
I need to replace the left side operator. The window is no longer able to open or close with the crank. This particular crank is the only like it in my whole house so I'm guessing it's the last original. It says Miami Window on the plate. The other photos show the different right side operator of the same window set. The handle has the number 60-C-11500-11. This operator seems to work ok. Can you help me figure out what I need? Thank you! Also, because of the window not being able to open wide I'm not sure how to remove the old operator arm and connect a new one.

Yep, I remember this beast. This is a very old, very large awning operator that is no longer made.

Now, we don't have an operator that we can confirm works, but based on what we know about the old Miami hardware we think that our 39-053 and 39-054 are your best options. Look over our dimensions and photos and let me know what you think.
