Awning window operator (handle labeled 60-c-11 500-11)

Question

Hello,

We have some old windows and one of the handles falls off when we try to close it (the thread inside appears to be worn). Do you know what type of replacement operator we may need? There's an "m" or "w" logo on the end of the handle, and the underside is labeled "60-c-11 500-11."

I attached a few photos with measurements between the holes.
