Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't identify your hardware from these photos, unfortunately. Do you have a version of this operator that's in better condition? We would need to see it removed from the window, along with a clear view of the link arm and the installation hole patterns. I know it may not be possible but I have to ask anyway. 

At the very least, can we see a clearer shot of the installation hole pattern, on the top and bottom tabs? That's an important detail but is obscured in these photos so I'm afraid I can't make them out.
