"BARRICADE" window won't open

Question

I have a customer with "BARRICADE" replacement windows. These are large slider windows that will pivot to open and then can be cleaned from inside the house. One of these windows will not pivot to open any longer and actually falls out of the track if not locked. Please reply if I, or the homeowner, can get replacement parts to fix this.

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. It sounds like there may be a part that's damaged or broken. We recommend you check and inspect the window and the hardware inside the window track and at the corners of the window to confirm. If there are broken parts, we would need to see them in undamaged condition and removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If there's an identical window in the house, we could use that as a reference.
