Have window with attached photos showing 28" channel - 1/2" wide. Need to replace complete units but existing channels have no identification or markings on them.
Can you provide information so I can order and will also need new clips.

Hello there! My recommendation is the S395-28 channel balance. I think this is what you need. It comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting; as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
You also mention clips, but I don't see those in your photos. Can you show me the piece you're talking about?
