Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on that stamp, you must have one heavy duty window. We may be able to supply this balance but odds are it will have to be a custom order due to that extra strong spring.

Before we go any further, though, I'll need more information. The stamp tells us how the spring is calibrated but it doesn't tell us anything else. Your current balance is unfortunately too damaged to ID. In order to help, I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of your balance and show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and the hook at the end of the cord. Please let me know if that will be possible.
