Balance No Longer Catching Bottom of Window

There could be many reasons why your balance is no longer functioning. In order to narrow that down, though, I'll need a better idea of what kind of hardware you're using to begin with.

To start, please show us a photo of the bottom of the window where the balance is meant to attach, but isn't. That will hopefully give me a better idea of what's happening.

I would also like another couple photos of the balance itself without obstruction. That way I'll know what kind of hardware you have and can advise how it ought to work.
