Hello,

I have a window that weighs 7 lbs. I wanted order 2910 but it's currently out of stuck. Can I use 2920 instead?

Can you show me close-up pictures of both nylon fittings? Specifically with the top nylon fitting, I'd like to see the top of it as well as the side view. From there, we'll do our best to narrow this down for you.

Hi Bob, thank you for the reply. It turned out the length was 20", not 30". I saw that you have 20" with 7 - 12 lbs option available so I already ordered some.But I did uploaded some close up photos of the top plastice part for your reference. Thank you

I see that you ordered the S370-20 channel balance with a 1910 spring strength option. I agree that what you ordered appears to be a match to your original hardware. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
