Balance rods

Here are the pictures of the rods,

I need 4 rods 29" for the top sash and it weighs 46.15 Lbs it has 2 rods on each side.

I need 4 rods 31" for the bottom sash and it weighs 47.76 Lbs and it also has 2 rods per side.

The color of end of the rods on the top are black and the bottom are white

Hello, Chris. You have a bit of a weird setup here. Looks like the installers opted to use two spiral balances per side instead of one, which is far more common. Your setup isn't unheard of but it's definitely not typical and you might have to get creative.

Ignoring all that, these are basic tilt window spiral balances. Specifically you have either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 9/16" diameter Series 600. You'll have to measure yours to confirm which one to go with.

As for weight, that's tricky. All of our balance strength options are rated assuming that only 2 balances are supporting the weight of the sash, not 4 as in your case. You might be able to get away by dividing the sash weight in half each time and picking accordingly, but that is an educated guess. I don't know for sure how well that will work out on your end.
