I need the balance springs that goes with Part number 15-104. Caradco friction shoe. I buy at your website often under GCS company and I have not find this type of balance rods in your web site. Would be able to provide some information as to where can I find them?
Any help would appreciated.

We appreciate your business, but unfortunately, we don't carry balance springs that fit the 15-104. I'm actually not sure if Caradco even still sells them with the jamb liners included. I suggest taking one jamb liner and sash to your nearest millwork, so they can try to set you up with a new jamb liner system.
