Balancer Shoe for my Double Hung Wood Windows

HI,
One of our repair men is trying to fix the balancer on a Double hung wood window. Please see attached photos for sizing of piece. Original piece had a hook on top were spring attached (shown in one photo). Checked over your inventory and couldn't see a good replacement. Any suggestions?

Sure! I think this looks very similar to our 15-104 Caradco friction shoe. I feel pretty confident that this will work for you, but let me know if you had any questions or concerns.
