Balancer non-functional

Question

Have removed balancers. Both defective. number stamped on case: b 24-3. This is the first time i've replaced the balancers in aluminum windows but seems pretty straight forward.

Thanks for the information you have provided to us so far. While we start our search for a replacement, could you upload some photos of your entire balance? If you are able to provide some measurements, that would be helpful.
