Balancer replacements for a Milgard Single Hung Window

A home owner from Monroe, Washington says:

I need to replace two balancers for a single hung Milgard window. Balancer is stamped with 32 3 IT CMC 0 although the metal piece is 33" in length. I'm unable to find an exact match to these numbers. Our home was built in the 2001/2002 timeframe. FYI, the forth photo shows one balancer installed, (it stayed in that position when I removed the broken balancer)

Thank you,

Dale

Hey, Dale.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 3230.

If you have any further questions just let us know!

Hello, Thank you for your help identifying the correct part number. I need (2) of the S385 - 33 with the 3230 spring strength.

Do you currently have these items in stock so that they could ship out immediately following the receipt of my order?

Right now the window isn't hung properly and there is a cold draft coming into our home. With the weather getting colder, I would like to get the window functioning again as soon as possible.

Thanks Again!
