What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its extra long cord. We can supply these, but they're not standard parts, meaning they have to be a custom order.

I'll need more information from you before we get started. To begin, can you show me a clearer picture of the bottom nylon fitting? I specifically want to see it from the side. I would also like a clear picture of the stamp printed on the metal channel and the metal hook at the end of the cord.

Speaking of, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should end in a 5/8" increment; so, in other words, it should be 27-5/8".
