Balancers and Shoe

Question

Hi, I have several windows with broken windo parts. We arent replacing the windows but would really like to fix them. Any chance youhave parts for them?

It appears that your window uses tilt spiral balances. You could have either the 5/8" diameter tube Series 600 or the 3/8" diameter tube Series 900. You will need to measure the diameter and length of the tube to confirm the best fit.

If you need a new pivot shoe, the original will need to be removed to measure. Once removed, please provide written out dimensions of the width and thickness of the shoe. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the correct replacement option.
