Your balance appears to be a match for our Series 795, however there is one important difference: your assembly has a hook at the top instead of a screw tab.

We can still help, but this configuration is not standard and will therefore have to be a custom order. Basically, we would be attaching the 15-198 hook to the end of our Series 795 for you before we ship it out.

Before we get started on that, I need more information from you. Can you tell me the length of the balance? Your first image shows it to be between 28" and 29", but it should be a full inch. I will also need to know the stamp printed on the metal channel itself. Can you also tell me the width of the bottom "T" lock shoe? Finally, how many of these did you need, altogether?
