The diameter of the old balances is 3/8, can I still use the ones you have that you said are considered 5/8?

Thanks for posting! If your existing balances have a 3/8" diameter, it would be advised to install a balance of the same size. Is there a reason you are looking to install a larger balance in the window?

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for your repairs but I'll need to see a photo of your existing balance to confirm the best option.
