Balances for windows Joe Andrews

Home Owner from New Mexico
Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me order all new window balances for my home. Here's some pics.

A couple say 28 6 CT CALDWELL

A couple others say 28 1/4 2 CJ CALDWELL

MEASUREMENTS SHOULD BE EASY TO READ ON BALANCE

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 351 or Series 390, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Please note that we aren't able to supply the balances that have the "1/4" stamp on them. That indicates a special 28-1/4" long length which is not a style made anymore. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The only balances we can sell come in full inch increments.

Ok- so will the 29 inch ones work in my windows? Those were just my measurement of the metal portion of the balances. I will measure the bottom shoes.

The 29" balances will work for the balances stamped "28 6," but they will not work for the balances marked "28 1/4 2." I'm afraid we don't sell anything that will replace those. 1/4" balances like that just aren't made anymore and we have no way of getting a hold of them. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
