Ball baring not good

A handy person from Lakewood nj says:
Hey how are you I'm trying to replace the wheel assembly at the bottom of my patio sliding door I'm just wondering where I get get the part from and and or where I could take the door to get it fixed?
Or maybe even if I can do it myself I unscrewed the one screw but I see that I might have to take out the glass to get it out please let me know and thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid it's very difficult to say what you need without seeing the roller removed from the door. That way we can see it's full appearance, including the outer housing. The width and height of the assembly, as well as the diameter of the wheels, is also very helpful. See the video below for details about how to remove the rollers yourself.
