Bathroom partition door latch replacement

Question

In our church we need to replace 2 bathroom partition concealed door latch knobs. The ones we have now are a hadrian. Are knobs inter changeable or do we need to use hadrian brand? I have picture of the door know opening (minus the latch, if helpful.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Hadrian brand hardware. That said, in my experience it's best to assume that no part is universal and to double check everything before purchasing a replacement. You can look through our toilet partition hardware section to see everything we carry.
