The latch fell apart. The keyed deadbolt still works but the latch lock will not catch and it looks like a part of it is missing.

Hello. See if this mortise lock matches up with our 40-194. This is used on some Pella storm doors, so it might be able to replace your old locking mechanism. If it differs, please send us clear photos of the existing mortise lock, along with dimensions, and we will be happy to try and find something better.
