Hi Paul, thank you for posting,
Unfortunately we are not able to provide the sash stop shown in your images. For the spiral balances, is this window a tilt in or non-tilt style?
Can you provide the diameter and length of the spiral balance tube? It should either measure 3/8" or 5/8" diameter.
Can you also show us the bottom spiral tip and how it attaches to the window? Thank you!
