Block and Tackle Channel Balance 2730C

Question

Hi,

I'm not sure what brand I have. Are they interchangeable? The only number on it is 2730C. The metal tubing portion measures 28".

Please point me to a suitable replacement part.

Hello, Nick. Balances are not interchangeable, no. They're actually very precise, and you will need to get a close to the original configuration as possible.

With that in mind, we will need photos. The stamp you gave only indicates the calibration of the spring and is otherwise not used for identification. I will need a clear picture of the top fitting, bottom fitting, and the hook at the end of the cord. Please let me know if that would be possible.
