We can, yes! What you have here is an old, discontinued crossbow balance. These aren't made anymore but we sell more modern channel balances that can be used as a substitute.

Before I go any further, I should tell you to first check the diameter of the spring. If it is 1/2" then you can use our Series 795. We have a detailed tutorial video that shows you exactly how our product can be used to replace these old 1/2" crossbow balances. I highly recommend watching it.

If your springs are smaller than 1/2", we can still help. Just let me know.

Yes, you want to measure from the top nylon cap to the bottom of the shoe. You definitely want to measure an undamaged balance.

That will be very difficult. Once these balances break, they come all undone and you won't really be able to get it back to its original length. In this situation all you can do is measure it as carefully as you can and use your best judgement.
