Block and tackle spring balance

Question

A plastic piece broke which held the block and tackle spring balance on one side of double pane window. Other side in tack. No manufacturer noted but could be Alenco. Length of block and tackle rod including white end pieces is 29-1/8 inches.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a match for our Series 395 channel balance, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. Just make sure those match up. Also double check the length, but make sure to only measure your metal channel. You don't count the nylon fittings in that measurement.
