We have the channel balance. But we need the plastic part that attaches it to the tilt out window.

Hello,
It looks like you need new pivot bars, which connect the bottom of the sash to the pivot shoe in the window jamb, but yours is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact version of your pivot bar removed from the other side or from an identical window to compare to our inventory.
