Channel length = 31.5 inches
Channel width = 1/2 inch
I think shoe is just over 1 inch, (maybe the 1 and 3/32's) but not clear exactly where to measure it and the channel length having the half inch, rather just being 31 or 32", makes me unsure what to order. The metal piece at the bottom that the string goes around doesn't look like any of the photo's really either. House was built in 2000.

Hello! What you have here is a special type of balance. It's what we call an "extended travel" channel balance, specifically. We can absolutely supply these but it has to be a custom order since these aren't normal products. Before we go any further, I just had a few details that I need you to clear up for me.
To start, can you double check the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp it should be precisely 31-5/8". Can you also show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? It's not currently visible in your photos. It may seem like a small detail but it is pretty important since there are several different configurations.
Finally, can you just tell me how many you were interested in purchasing?

Thank you so much for getting back to me! I checked again and you are correct, the channel is actually 31-5/8".
Attached are a few more photos of the end, but let me know if that's not the area you needed. The little metal piece sitting next to the channel is something I found on the floor the day after the channel broke, so I'm not positive it fell out when the channel came out, but it's very possible!
We only have one window of this type so we will just need 2 replacements. This broken one is from the left side (when facing the window indoors), but we might as well replace the one on the right at the same time.

Thanks! That little metal piece is actually exactly what I wanted to see. That's the hook at the end of the cord, so it's a good thing you kept a hold of it.
