Broken Pella Screen Door Lock

Question

My screen door lock broke. From your website I can tell that part number 83-123 is the correct screen door mechanism. I can not see how to take this apart, other than the single screw on the outside rear of the handle. Attached are photos of my screen door handle. Please contact me to help me determine the correct part needed, as well as how to replace the part.

Thanks for posting. You need to pop off the circular Pella logo to access the screw. Once you remove that, you should be able to remove it from the door.
