Broken Sliding Door Handle marked PPG on the plastic side

A home owner from Erie, PA says:
We are purchasing a house with a broken wooden sliding door handle. It has no markings on the door. Only PPG in the plastic on the outside handle.

The screw holes are 3 3/4" on center. The locking mechanism is off center and approximately 1" above the lower screw hole.

The sliding door appears to be all aluminium. I'm guessing it's original to the house. The house was built in 1964.

There is a photo of the locking mechanism. Please ignore the handle that is shown in that picture. That was what we thought would work but it is the wrong size and the locking knob isn't in the correct place.

Thank you for posting. We don't have an exact match for this handle, but you could possibly use something like our 82-035. Let me know what you think.
