Broken casement lock

A home owner from USA says:
Hello,
Attached are photos. 1 is of my broken casement window lock and the other is of a complete working example. The lock hooks on the window say "Roto" but the crank hardware says "Truth" as the make. The handles I need have no name on them. I just got off the phone with your rep and she was great but we could not also figure out the color, it's like a beige/gold/bronze. In the other photo is the cranks that I need also.

Thank you,

Based on your photos, it looks like the color is champagne. Unfortunately, Truth doesn't make this color anymore.

As for the hardware itself, I'm not sure. It's tough to make it out while it's still installed. If possible, I'd like you to remove one undamaged lock from the window and show us a picture of the whole mechanism in one shot.

I would also like to see the operator out of the window, as well. Your third picture shows the base, but we will need to see the whole thing. In the meantime, I've made a list of potential replacement parts on the right side of this page for you to consider.
