I have (2) 14 inch channel balancers that are busted in a similar fashion and I need to replace them. Can you provide me with the proper type so I can order them online form Swisco?

Thank you. I just ordered four of them. Can you help me out with one more thing. I have two window tilt latches (see attached) that are deformed. Can you let me know the proper latches I need to get for my window.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this latch. To be honest, you may be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch. These are different than what you have now in that they just screw on. We have a video tutorial that shows how we do this and ultimately find it to be an easier solution for sashes like yours. Let me know what you think!
