Broken latch

You sent us the part but I don't see how to remove this part of the screen to make the repair .

Hello! That appears to be a match for our 83-122. This is removed by popping off the round Pella logo, which exposes the screw underneath. You can use a slotted screwdriver to that end. Once you take out that screw the rest of the latch housing should come off easily.
