Broken off handcrank

Hello. I can only find "Truth hardware" on the inside casing. I'm not sure if I have to replace the entire arm? If so, how? Thank you so much.

Looks like the spline has sheared off entirely, so you will need an all new operator, yes. In order to ID a match for you, I need you to remove the original from the window entirely so I can see the whole thing. Let me know if you can do that for me.
