Broken parts

Thanks for writing in! The broken parts you have here are a coil balance assembly. There is a good chance we can recommend a replacement but I'll need to see an undamaged assembly removed from this window (or a similar window). It would also help to see the compatible pivot bar.

To determine which springs are needed for your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coils or you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash.
