Broken shoe

Quick Learner from Philly
I have never done this, just watching the youtube videos. I have 3 windows that these are broken on. I need to verify the right replacement parts, then verify if I need to get a pair of spreaders to replace the shoes. I don't see an access channel in the slide.

Hello! You have an old fashioned shoe that isn't made anymore, but the good news is that one of our modern parts will definitely be able to replace it. I'm just not sure which one. Before I make a recommendation, can you tell me exactly how thick the original is? I need to make sure that whatever I recommend will fit in the track; can't be too loose, can't be too tight. Thanks!
