Broken shoe assembly

Question

I have broken pivot shoe assemblies in 2 of my vinyl double-hung windows and am looking for the proper replacement. The attached pictures show one of the broken assemblies and the 2 stickers I found on top of the window frame. Can you help me find the replacement part that I need? Thanks.

Take a look at our 15-175 pivot shoe and see if you think this could work for you. Make sure to carefully compare the dimensions we show to your own hardware, first, though.
