Broken window

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello Swisco team,
the left side on my window is broken. The top tab on the glass pane is broken and so the channel assembly is left up. The right side looks ok. Can the tab be replaced or it has to be the whole glass pane ? I think the channel parts are still ok. The glass pane ( bottom half ) measures 45 x 30 inches.
Thank you for your response.

Hi Sven,

We should be able to help with this. It looks like you have a broken top sash guide, which is a pretty easy repair. We'll just need to see an undamaged top sash guide removed from your window or another, identical window to recommend a replacement for you. Thank you!

Hey there, Sven, maybe I can help. I agree with Casey in that your problem is with the top sash guide. However, if one of your top sash guides are broken, getting the sash out can be a little tricky.

The good news is that we have a tutorial video that shows you exactly what you need to do. I highly recommend watching it, it should cover everything.

Once you're able to get an undamaged top sash guide out for us to see, we'll do our best to find a match. You can also see our entire selection here
