I NEED TO REPLACE MY CALDWELL BALANCES FOR MY NON TILT WINDOWS MARKED 34 9 ER CALDWELL. THE METAL FRAME IS 35 INCHES IN LENGTH AND THE TOTAL LENGTH WITH THE TOP AND BOTTOM PLASTIC GUIDES IS 36 INCHES. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ORDER THE TOP AND BOTTOM PLASTIC GUIDES AS THE WILL FIT ALL OF MY WINDOWS.
I WILL BE SENDING A SECOND SET OF PICTURES OF THE SASH GUIDES WHICH TEND TO BREAK.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-35 or S385-35, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
You will also need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the appropriate stamp option. Your old stamp is a little outdated so you won't be able to use that to pick one of ours on-sight. Weighing will be necessary.
