Cabinet Hinge

A home owner from Twin falls idaho says:

3478 4. Par 3381332 and 591 51

Looking to replace 20 cabinet hinges everything I've found local is way different or too tall to match up

2 3/4" long 2 1/8" mounting screws

Door side is 1 1/2" x1 5/8"

And the hinge is 5/8 think
