Cable balancer for non tilt wood windows

Attached are 3 photos. It appears that the interior trim must be removed to access the cable assembly. Can you tell me anything from these? Homeowners are of course in a "rush" because they sold this house and it did not pass inspection. Thanks for any guidance.

Hello, Dale. This looks like an Andersen brand window in need of a new window balance. The good news is that we sell a ton of these. The bad news is that you will have to remove the sash, jamb liners, and header to access the balance for identification purposes. This can be a bit of a hassle, depending on how old the window is (and therefore how brittle the vinyl is). The video below shows you our process.

Once you have the balance out, there is going to be several codes printed on the balance box. Most of them aren't relevant but there is one code in particular that will tell us exactly what you need. It's usually 3 or 4 digits and is often interrupted by a # symbol. To be perfectly honest, the location and convention of the stamp is almost always different. It might be easier to just show us a photo of every number printed on the balance. I'm confident I can eyeball the right one.
