Can I use the MI FLUSH MOUNT LATCH SET WITH NITE LOCK on a left sided door

Will this lock work for a left side sliding glass door? Also if I?m changing the lock do I need to order any additional pieces?

The 82-085 can work on either left or right hand side doors interchangeably. You just flip the latch around.

I'm not sure about your second question. You only need to replace what pieces are broken. If everything else is in working condition then you should be okay.
