It looks like your channel balance is installed upside down. See the video below showing how these balances should be oriented. 

If you need replacements, we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. To get started, we'll need to see both end fittings attached to your balance fully removed from the window, as well as the pulley clip. We'll also need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered.
