Cannot find this size mortise lock

Is there any specific reason why that won't work for you? If it's a matter of size, can you tell me exactly how yours differs? We would need precise, written dimensions in order to see if we can find a better match.
I am not familiar with the Marks 2750, unfortunately. I don't believe that's a product that we sell.
I also can't quite make out your precise dimensions based on just a photo of a tape measure, but I provided detailed and exact measurements in the diagrams above. Your next step should be to review each measurement we show to verify that they line up with your original.
