Casement crank

from Denver, CO

Looking for a non-folding crank for this 12-tooth spline. The narrow part of the spline (where there are no teeth) measures somewhere between 1/4" and 5/16" diameter, as measured with manual calipers. The wider base of the spline is about 3/8" diameter. There are 2 sets of teeth with a gap between, presumably for a snap-on crank.

Thanks!

Hey, Larry.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.

Thank you!

Here's the operator in action.
Thanks,
Larry

Thanks for the additional picture, Larry! Start by taking a look at our 39-001 and 39-002 operators. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if these match up to your original assembly.

This is definitely the operator! Are crank handles available separately from the operator or does the whole thing need to be replaced? Also the current operators and window trim are white, so looking to match that if possible.

Thanks,
Larry

Are you looking for a new operator or just the handle? Our 39-001 and 39-002 operators comes with the handle pictured. If you just need the handle and if your spline is 3/8", see our 39-104 with a 3/8" gear bore. I'm afraid we don't carry these operators in white. I apologize for the inconvenience.
