Casement operator

Looks like the worm gear stripped out of your operator. That means you need an all new one. 

We should be able to help, but your photo here only shows the base, which is unfortunately not sufficient. I need a clear photo of the complete operator assembly without obstruction in order to make a recommendation. Would that be possible?
