Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks a lot like our 39-326 X-Drive Split Arm ROTO Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-325. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware.

Your bracket appears to be the 39-535 Face Mount Sash Bracket.

Hello Jasmine, thank you so much for answering my email. One question, I only see one arm on this split arm operator. Do I use the existing arm that I already have? In my picture, its the arm with the rust on it.

Hello,

The arm with the rust on it is part of the casement window hinge. This part is separate from the operator.

If you are looking to replace this as well, take a look our 36-048. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions from our hinge to yours. Especially the measurement for the track installed to the sill. You will need to replace both the top and bottom hinge when replacing these. They can be used for both the left and right side of the window.

Also, keep in mind, replacing these may require drilling new installation holes. In the event that is the case, you'll need to exercise caution so that you do not damage the frame or the glass panes.

Yet another question. The issue I'm having it that my handle broke off. If the casement window hinge looks ok, do I have to replace it? Can I just use what is already there if it doesn't have any issues?

Thank you so much for all the assistance!

I'm happy to help! The handle appears to be to complete stripped, therefore, you will need to replace the entire casement operator.

If the hinges are still in working condition, then you will not need to replace them. Especially since they are a separate from the operator. Although, ultimately, you'll need to take a look at them to determine if they need to be replaced or not.

I hope this helps.
