Centex Broken latches

A home owner from corner of window (fold-out latch) says:
I've had difficulty finding replacement window latches in my home, as has others in my subdivision. (I know of at least 5 windows that need latches, besides my own).

The latch holds the window in place, at the top; where the window latch- when pulled, allows you to 'fold' the window into the room.

The screw mount holes are 1 3/8 inches apart.
The blade extends out about 3/4 of an inch
The case is about 2 1/2 inches long, and about 7/8 inches wide.

The house was built by Centex in 1995. I've contacted them, and they've indicated they destroy records older than 10 years old, so they're pretty much useless at helping me find a vendor (and there are no vendor markings on the window).
I've tried google, but haven't found anything that looks like these.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
