Consumer tells me this came off of his Certainteed windows I don't see where it would belong and I don't know what it is can you identify

Unforutnately, I'm not familiar with the Certainted part shown in your photo. Do you know the function of this part and what style window it came from, double hung or a horizontal slider? It would help to see photos of the window and where the part installs, along with any other parts it engages with. Thank you!
