Champion Window Parts

Question

Double hung window, with spiral balancers.
It appears the pivot shoe is broken; when removing the upper sash, the shoe fell right off the bottom of the balancer.
Can you recommend a replacement?

We may be able to help, but I am not sure what hardware you have now. In order to make a recommendation, I will need photos of the old parts to use as a reference.

If possible, please show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe removed from the window. That will ensure that I can see it clearly and without obstruction. I will also need you to measure the width and thickness and write out what you get. Thanks!
